IV. At least, old Pegasus, if he could talk, Would quickly tell us so, beyond a doubt; For he can only go a hobbling walk, Since Hercules with Cupid, rode him out From fertile Helicon - (the bulky gawk!) To make a tour Abroad, and on the route, To search with diligence for a nonentity, - Id est, for M - r - l C - l - e s identity.
